Q. What are the size of the fence panels?
A. The fence panels are 2.0m high and 2.4m wide.

Q. Do you deliver and set up the temporary fence, portaloo, builders poles, etc?
A. Yes, Our service and price includes delivery and set up.

Q. Can we buy your products?.
A. Yes, we sell both brand new or second hand of all of our hire products.

Q. What suburbs do you service?
A. We serve all of greater Melbourne from Wallan to Geelong, Mornington to Bayswater and everywhere in between.

Q. How much notice do you need?
A. We try and do next day delivery. Please allow 21-28 days for power pole connection

Q. Do plumb in the portable toilet?
A. No, the portable toilets do not require external plumbing.

Q. How often do the toilets get pumped out?
A. Our portaloo toilets have a larger waste tank than other suppliers, therefore they require less servicing, saving you money. It is recommended a service every month.

Q. Do you hire builders power poles?
A. Yes, we hire and install and arrange all initial inspection and connection paperwork on your behalf.

Q. How long does it take to have the electricity connected?.
A. Please allow at least 21-28 days from time of order being placed to the time of electrical connection. This is due to the electrical distributor waiting times.

Q. Who pays the electrical bills for power poles?
A. We arrange all electrical safety inspections and submit all paperwork to the electrical retailer on behalf of the builder/owner. All electrical connection fees and ongoing electricity usage bills are therefore sent directly to the builder/owner by the electrical retailer. This saves time and money for you the builder as no on cost or admin fees are charged by us.

Q. Do you hire rubbish cages?
A. Melbourne Councils (Check you permit) generally now require a steel wire rubbish cage with lids to keep your building site clean and tidy from general rubbish such as boxes, paper and packing materials. The builder is responsible to empty/dispose of the rubbish cage prior to the end of the hire.

Q. Do you hire timber crossing protection?
Timber crossing protection is used to protect the Council footpath from cracking during construction. Any damage will incur council fees or instructions to replace the footpath at builders own cost.
